Motivation plays a large part with any goal that we aspire to, be it weight loss, stopping smoking or any other behaviour in our life that we would like to change. Conditioning through childhood into adult hood means that many of us have picked up habits that we would like to break. Hypnotherapy, combined with NLP is a powerful way to re-train your brain to think and then act differently. Two of my weight clients are very driven towards their goal of losing weight and this determination shows. One has lost 15lb in 4 weeks and the other 8lb in her first two weeks. This is testimony to the power of motivation. Hypnotherapy is also extremely relaxing and each and everyone of us deserves to spend some time just concentrating on us....... Clients continue to do well with their weight loss. One client in particular has lost a staggering 11lbs in 3 weeks. She is focussed, motivated and whilst intially skeptical around hypnotherapy and whether it would work, it clearly is working for her. She feels that this is such an easy way to lose weight, as there are no longer any complicated 'diet' sheets to follow. By simply re-programming her mind she has been able to review the way food played such an important part in her life. The change in her attitudes has been fantastic and re-inforces all the reasons why I do what I do.
