My client is over the moon starting her new programme of Walking Off Weight. In her first week she has lost 6lb she has not been able to walk or do any exercise due to a heavy cold, so imagine as we did when we just spoke, what her loss could be next week when she starts exercising again tomorrow in earnest.
By sticking to healthy meals, watching what she is eating my client has had a really positive first week. When asked what her motivation level was at, it was a resounding 10, so we are both looking forward to our next coaching session.
